GUIDELINES

1. All participants are requested to register beforehand and the transaction must be completed successfully.

2. Participants are kindly advised to arrive at the registration desk promptly at 8:00 am on June 10th, 2023.

3. Participants should bring their College ID or any other valid ID Proof.

4. IEEE Members should have valid proof that shows their membership status (Membership ID).

5. Requests for refunds from participants will not be entertained.

6. Swapping tickets or slots are not allowed.

7. Registration for workshops will be the same as the one mentioned during the online registration. No change or reassignment is possible.

8. Upon registration and entry to the event, participants are kindly requested to remain on the college premises for the duration of the event, refraining from leaving midway.

9. The event will be conducted from 10th June 2023, 9:00 am to 11th June 2023, 4:00 pm. In order to ensure the issuance of certificates, participants are kindly requested to remain present until the conclusion of the closing ceremony.

10. Participants who are taking medication should bring adequate dosages of medicines with them.

11. Participants are requested to bring laptops and other required devices.

12. Accommodation for the required candidates will be arranged on the college premises (classroom accommodation).

13. For participants arriving one day prior to the event (i.e., June 9th, 2023), please inform the organizers in advance to arrange accommodation. Please note that early accommodation will incur additional charges.

14. Food will be provided to the participants at the venue from the 10th lunch to the 11th lunch. Participants who want additional food should inform the organizers and extra charges will be applied for extra meals.

15. Entry into the college premises between 10:00 pm and 5:00 am under the pretext of event participation is strictly prohibited unless prior information is provided to the coordinators.

16. If any misbehavior is noted by delegates, strict actions will be taken.
